What the heck?

Yeah. So. It's my last year of High school and I'm enjoying it so far. Nothing can be as bad as procrastinating for tests... and projects. Right?!

Life is exciting... it really is.

Holiday (Wow... going back to 2011 December... what the heck?) was amazing. I went to Hong Kong and it was absolutely jaw-dropping!

I loved everything there! Except for the... breakfast. I know. BREAKFAST. Reasons? Cause it was expensive O.O

Allow me to explain

HK Dollar for a set of breakfast is 25 Dollars. You can choose between mainly 2 sets (The ones that I've been to).

Set A (Yes, I'm calling it Set A) came with a piece of bread, egg, a sausage, a choice to beverage and... that's it!
Set B came with a soup with macorini (sp?) with 2 thin slices of ham. THAT'S IT!
Comparing to Taiwan... with 25HK dollar you can buy... gosh... something so YUMMEH! You can buy noodles and a lunch for just half the price of 25HK o.O

A mix... the egg was really nice! So smooth so YUMMEH!

Well... upon arrival on the first day... we ate the most famous bread!

The bread was average for me...

Oh and it came with the wierdest milk tea ever O.O (Never again...)

There's like butter inside and it had a beautiful aroma. The Cantonese lady (that we were seated next to) Was super friendly to us and taught us how to eat it. Yes. She taught us how to eat it. She demonstrated by poking the top of the bread a few times. Then SQUASHED it. I was like "*le gasp*. Then she said (In Mandarin): "If you do this before eating the bread, then the butter won't leak out"

She was really kind to us. EPICALLY kind to us. I mean... the first step that we took into the mini restaurant... all eyes were on us. The people were even watching us eat O.O

Was a weird experience. And it was also my first time to ever be ushered to a table that already seated other people. I guess this way it saves time and makes more money (the business I mean)

This is the... famous milk tea. I've been living in South Africa for quite some time. (Actually for my whole life so far O.o) and as far as I'm concerned... milk tea is supposed to taste sweet and smell lovely. Did this milk tea smell lovely? *tick* Did this milk tea taste sweet? *... Leaves the tick box empty* The kind lady who sat to us also told us that we need to add honey to it. *Thanks beautiful Cantonese Lady~* (In the end my aunt drank it. I was just watching her and she only gave a nod of approval to the milk tea. No praise what so ever...)

!!! This looked so appetizing! But... I didn't quite fancy the pork... so I ate everything except the pork bit. (We sliced the burger into 4's) It okay. My aunt said that the meat was average and a tad too oily. They had a magical sauce accompanying this burger. (I believe it's something called mayonaise, stupid me).

YOU CANNOT GO TO HONG KONG WITH OUT TRYING THEIR DIM SUM!

!!! It has 3 Michelin Stars! We waited 1 hour and a half to enter this restaurant! (Try spot me)

Don't even mention it. I was dying of hunger during the wait!

!!! This was so @#$%ing amazing! It was some herbal jelly thing (According to the group of guys sitting next to me). Was so so sweet and @#$% you must go try! (GET YOUR AIR TICKETS NOAW!)

OMG OMG OMG OMG the most favourite thing that I love! (One of the most favourite things I love)

Needless to say... it was OVER-THE-RAINBOW!

!!! This was so flipping amazing! Totally LOVED IT! (Sucks that we only ate 3 plates of their awesome dishes)

EXAMS!

Haha~ So yeah, exams started last week and I've been challenging myself every single day!
(Not so good)
Only started to study for Physics a day before the exam... not so clever but... all the fun and cramming sessions with friends were epic! (Something to experience before graduating from High school... yikes!)

Well... procrastination is definitely NOT something that I recommend people to do....
The reason why I do it... is because... I simply don't feel like studying (fail...). Anyways... I always take it as a challenge when teachers say "Girls, you CANNOT study a day before an exam"
I think to myself, "Challenge accepted" *Gives a gawky smile*
Yip... I definitely learnt my lesson... NOT. I'm writing my Maths Paper 2 tomorrow... and here I am... being 7:26pm in RSA and I'm still not studying *Big eyes*

Well I want to cram some really awesome stuff right now... like...:

Ladies and gents... you will most definitely LOVE it and the good news is... they are going to make a dance MV! *Le gasp!* I am super excited to see it! (There's already the rehearsals ones up on youtube! Go check them out!) So yeah... I've been spending my time reading up on the latest K-pop news.

I should really be studying... but... meh... it's really not happening *Imba sad face*
Maths is all about practice so... I'll go do some text book exercises later... hrmm... I hope...

ZOMG... I actually deleted War3 off my laptop... for the sake of studying for exams... and clearly... not much time is spent on studying! Shame... I think the next step is deleting the internet from my laptop... (how the hell?) Nah... I need the internet..., no..., I do have a social life, just I like blogging about the most random things in my life that I haven't mentioned to my friends... or maybe I'm just bored... or maybe... I JUST WANT TO AVOID STUDYING! *LE GASP*

Zomg! I am super excited! In 11 days I will be flying away from RSA! *Does a happy dance around my room*
I'll first be visiting HK for 4 days and 3 nights! I am going to go to so many places in HK *Does another gawky smile*! I am super amped for the vacation BUT there's one thing that's still bothering me so badly...
I NEED TO FINISH MY ART PROJECT BEFORE I LEAVE *IMBA WORRIED FACE*
I don't know how I am going to pull through all this... ZOMG... another thing...
I'm going to perform a dance on Saturday at Chinese school. The dance is NOT ready! (It's also a rip off dance from various Korean MV's... *le gasp* I apologize to all those respectable dancers and artists that we're going to rip off *sad face* no really... I am sorry... but my friend and I will try our best to perfect the moves...) and another thing... I am going to be SINGING on the day and my classmate HASN'T sent me the info on what I need to sing! Oh wells... I guess I won't be singing on that day then *shrug* there's no need for me to sing anyways... that person can handle it by herself with the aid of her brother.

It's now 7:38... I guess I really do need to go study now... *sad face*

Chocolate is normally the last choice that I would take from a variety from other choices. Why? Because I feel that chocolate is too ordinary (Fail reasoning). Anyways, chocolate was chosen for this event because the chocolate cupcakes looks much more sophisticated than the rest of the variations. Right? Right! *Gives another gawky smile*

Yip so it's that time of the year again... EXAMS! I'm supposed to be studying my butt off at the moment... and was supposed to do that for the past few days... but did it happen... NOPE. I need to do a self reflection of myself.... Anyways! So... what have I done for the past few days? Gaining some kg's, no problem, sleeping, yip yip, studying, er... a little, and playing games? SCORE!
I'm not the best gamer ever but... I'm not NOOB. (Well... at least I'm not that noob)

Teachers

Exams are starting in 2 weeks time and I haven't been studying... (naughty me) but I've been playing games and doing things that I wanted to do.

Obviously I feel uneasy with myself procrastinating my ways ahead but I do feel refreshed and I know that I will be able to handle everything in the end. However, this last week, my Design teacher and Arts teacher suggested (more like threatened) me to drop Design. They say that "it's too much on my plate". I was absolutely bewildered at their claims of me doing badly for both subjects. Arts teacher said I am not even getting high 60's for art (I am sure that there was a calculation error AND there must've been something wrong with her eyes because on the computer it clearly said the high 70's but anyways...) and the Design teacher said that I'm not putting enough hours into the subject (that is true because I don't even see her for a full hour when the weekly requirement is 5 hours!). Design is not a "formal" subject at school, basically the Design students have to arrange a time during their free hours or after school and weekends to do this subject.

The reason why I took Design was because I've always been known for being creative and I simply love designing things. Another reason is because it would be the quickest route to pull up my school report's average... lame... I know but it's called desperation.... If I drop this subject then I better pick up the other 3 subjects being Arts, Biology and Science. After having that talk with the two teachers of the Visual Arts department I felt very much disheartened in everything. Another point is that the Arts teacher was just talking a lot of BS with me. She said that my practical was not good and that I should always seek her for help for preparation of practical works, LIES, whenever I seek her for help she ALWAYS (I am not exaggerating) finds an excuse and it's ALWAYS "I'm busy!". Really now? Is that the teacher's attitude in helping a student? I've been trying to get her to help me ever since the start of this term and it was always a flat "I'M BUSY". Adding to that she left me out for the time schedule thing in which each member of Arts class gets to see her ALONE and get help from her. Really now? I want to get my A for arts (Like how I usually do) but this teacher... it seems like she's purposely failing me, or is it because I'm Asian and that she's prejudiced against the fact that I can't speak English? Funny enough.

So I need to come to a final decision of whether if I'm going to continue with Design or not. I think I am not, because currently those two teachers are in my little black book at the moment. Now I need to think of a way to face that Arts teacher during her lessons. She and I really don't get along as she always like picking on me... really now... really? Another point, she really hates my art work because they are so "ordinary". My arts are all aesthetically pleasing arts and NOT abstract art. Why? Because I was simply raised in a house hold where my family only praises aesthetically pleasing artworks. I know that my artworks are superb because they are all meaningful to me and makes sense in MY life. Not all artworks are liked by everyone. (Not everyone likes art works during the Dada movement, post impressionism etc etc etc.) and certainly I don't expect her to like my art works but just simply accept the fact that it's my style and have some respect towards them please?

Time to move on and to remind myself that I am not going to let these two people bring my whole spirit down. At the moment they might think that they've done a good job (Especially my Design teacher as I submitted my journal and she HASN'T replied! It's been 3 days! I wanted feedbacks and she's not giving me any. WTF? She's purposely failing me... and I swear that these two Visual Arts teacher are teaming up to bring me down.). Well... they need to know something, trying to bring me down on purpose and demoting my personal pride is like entering a dynamite area because they are simply unable to do that.

No one in this world is able to make you feel insignificant but yourself.

It has been a while since I've blogged! The reason being is because I've been arriving home 6pm and later from school... due to various commitments. Today I arrived home at 9:30pm from school as it was our Matric's Speech Night (Compulsory for senior section of school) and goody... tomorrow it's going to be my brother's matric valedictory so I will be arriving back home late as well! First things first... I was supposed to have basketball practice tomorrow but my mom commanded me... "You're going to your brother's valedictory evening" and then "Basketball is not important, you can just skip it."
I was really not impressed because I am aiming to be in the first team and I want to create a bond with the new team members. Anyways... back to the blog...

Last week Friday the 7th of October, our school hosted something called International Food Evening. Well, I call it "International nom nom Evening". This year's was hosted really well! The decor were fabulous and the waitresses looked amazing! The theme was "Fly with me" so it's associating with airplanes and traveling around the world. The waitresses looked exactly like air hostesses thus the evening looked so professional like! (I was super impressed!)

I was actually supposed to eat at this event but then I decided to help out as one of the country was missing members. I was kindly enough to give up my time to help them and become one of their group member. Can you guess which country I was helping with?

We can say that the bobotjie is actually pretty related to quiche but it's not as "hard" or nicely compacted as the quiche. I did some gum boot dancing which was fun and quite awkward as we were out of sync but in the end we stomped out feet at the same time and it ended well!

I got my learners!

REJOICE! I've gotten my LEARNERS! *Does a happy dance around the room*
From the post this morning, (If you haven't read it go read it... NOW) I've mentioned that I went to write the learners after studying a day before and in the morning. Haha. It was really easy, the test I mean, but it took so long for the exam to start!

Voila! My preparation for the exam! 2 pencils a clutch pencil (mechanical pencil), lead, ruler and an array of pen...

Oh, and my eraser~ So this is the inside of my stationery pack.

Yip yip so I went well prepared! When I walked into the examination room (After 30 minutes of waiting time...) they already provided the necessary stationery for us... which consisted of 2 pencils and a chewed eraser.... (Sorry I wasn't able to get a picture of their awesome eraser!)

Ya da ya da, I was the first to finish writing that exam and I stood up and then everyone in the room stared at me. Felt really awkward... and then I heard someone mutter under their breath "Asians..." and I was like... "Right..." Despite that awkward moment I quickly handed in my completed form and the examiner marked my paper in a split second (With the help of a tracing paper thingy). "You passed, go to the waiting room" she mumbled under her breath. Smiling like a complete idiot, I grabbed all my things (ID and stationery) and exited the room. My brother was proud of meh! Haha~ Next... I had to wait for some computer processing of some document which took forever!

Is it done yet mam? *sob sob* I still need to get back to school to write my Afrikaans test!

Yeah... This was what my brother was doing while he was waiting with me.... *Sigh* I could've done the same if I wasnt in much of a rush this morning!

Awesomeness! After 1 hour and few minutes of waiting the lady at the counter (From the previous pic above) came into the waiting room and apologized. She called us up one by one in the order of who finished first! I was so happy that I finished first! Otherwise I was going to wait for another few minutes (There was a lot of people there today! Yes... I am quite impatient when it comes to certain things...)

I signed the awesome Leaners License thing and got my fingerprint done then... TA DA! I can drive (But only when I'm with a person who has a license and has been driving for more than 2 years)! This totally made my day and I forgot all about my stresses and worries! (In the car I was smiling like a complete idiot while staring at my Learner's License, haha)

When I got to school... that was when the sudden realization hits me. I still needed to deal with my "friend". Luckily she went home half way through the day (Phew!). In the end my day was great! I went to basketball and it was great fun! Then I had to attend the sports award's evening... and my oh my... I stuffed myself with so much unhealthy food!

There were really amazing finger foods! I loved them all but couldn't have possibly tasted them all! Boohoo! Most of the good things were for normal diet, I am a vegetarian so... there was only a small platter of savories dedicated to, us, vegetarians... *sob* *sob*. However! The small little platter of deserts were really good.

After the "dinner" we walked towards the Hall and needless to say, I had to capture this dawn-like rose garden since it looked really pretty. The roses are almost in full bloom and I hope that I will capture a good photo of them when the time comes!

So then the award's evening finally started... I played in the basketball team but I wasn't awarded anything as I wasn't present during the first term/season for basketball due to various reasons.... All in all, I sat next to my sister, my childhood friend, and we had a good laugh throughout the ceremony (I got high... so started giggling every now and then.... due to that my sister also got this contagious disease. It's really life threatening... haha)

Yip! So this was my busy day of school today! Was fun and relaxing! Oh this was the state of my working station in the morning when I was studying for the learner's test... *drum roll*

Papers... tissue... tea... laptop... cookies... sweets... (Gosh... those sweets were fantastic! I totally recommend you them!)

I hope that tomorrow will be the same as today! Busy but "stressfuless"! Stay tuned for my next awesome blog... *dramatic music fades*

Wow... haha so it's been a while since I've uploaded! Lately I've been having quite a lot of fun... which consisted of:
1. studying for small tests
2. running away from my design teacher... (Oops!)
3. resubmitting my really bad art essays... (Fine... i only resubmitted one...)
4. procrastinating with my thematic drawing (I've handed that in on Friday, 3 days ago...)
5. Stressing (Life in general)
6. Did my English presentation! (Whoopee! My topic was on Feng Shui 風水)
7. Getting 'high' with my friends (No... not on drugs... I normally get really high when I am stressed and it's like a contagious disease... haha!)
8. Went to see some fireworks! (More additional info in just a few scrolls!)

Oh noes... and now I just remembered that I need to finish reading my Afrikaans book project... things aren't looking good at the moment. So much to do so little time (Or maybe I just need to plan my time more wisely?).

Today I am going to go write my Leaner's test~ Whoopee! I am super excited yet scared at the same time! I only started studying yesterday! I hope that I will pass for the first test so that I don't need to go write it AGAIN as the location is far from where I live.... Please let me pass!

It's currently 8:48am and yes... I am bunking school till I finish writing that thing... bwahahaha.... and dang... I forgot to hand in a letter to the teacher to explain my reason for not being present during the morning at school... procrastination for the win. I need to go out in a few minutes time in order to make it for the 10:00am test! I got my school bag ready... as well as tog bag (AKA sports bag) and I will only get home at 8:30~8:50 today (Not impressed!) since I've got a sport's awards dinner thing (I am in the basketball team but I just joined this term due to various reasons that will be explained in my future coming posts... if I remember).

Oh my frenemey is very disappointed in me and it's making me worried... she found out about my biggest secret and now I am hoping that she wouldn't go tell her best friend... (She and her best friend are like the worst possible gossiper COMBO... I'm not even kidding...)

Further explanations will be up later... (If I don't have much homework...)

August is coming to an end tomorrow! This post is dedicated to some of the things that I've done during August Holidays~ Right so let's start in order!

As promised from the previous post, I stated that I would share my Taiwan Goodies with everyone~ So here you go~

Bags of green tea (macha)~ I love love love love, totally love green tea products~ Not only because they taste good but also because of green tea's super beneficial product~ I've almost diminished the Quaker's Green Tea Cereal drink... but no worries... I will get more when I go back to Taiwan at the end of November~

Hair bands! Scrunchies (What ever you want to call them...) Given by my aunt~ They're all elegant and simple~ Totally my style~

Yes yes yes! I've always wanted Skin Food items! Wait and behold... I got them! (Thanks so much daddy~ Yes... believe it or not, it's my dad who got these for me~ I just sent him pictures and links of the products that I wanted and it actually worked~)

The Water Vita-C (cream), Aloe Vera Foaming Cleanser, Rose Essence Lip Balm and pocket mirror (Currently blurred... oops...) were all given for free~

So the thing that I actually really wanted was just the Aloe BB cream (Which is the small tube) but my dad also got me the cream cleanser (The biggest tube thing out of the picture)

Yes so those were my prezzies~ I loved them all since they're all useful products! My dad and sister left for Taiwan last week Friday... I was really depressed for 3 whole days but eventually I started brightening up because I will get to see them in 2 months time! So i need to smile and move on with life~ Plus i get to call my dad and e-mail/facebook my sister every day so all is good~

On with the blog!

As most of you know... (Well if you dont... now you do!) August the 6th was Chinese Valentines day~ So~ I baked FERERO ROCHER cupcakes! They were a huge success!

This was the chocolate sauce that I made that had to be mixed together with the...:

Flour... (Sorry... took a very late photo because I was too carried away in the baking) to form:

This chocolate mixture~ So it was just mixing, mixing, mixing... and more mixing:

*Mix Mix Mix Mix Mix*

I poured the final mixture into cupcake trays with paper cup cake holder thingmajig... and inserted a whole Ferrero Rocher chocolate into 6 out of the 12 cupcakes. Baked for 10 minutes and the sweetness of chocolate filled the kitchen~ Another 10 minutes went by and the Cupcakes were ready!

Tada~ My Ferrero Rocher cupcake~ It was really easy and quick to make~

Nom nom nom and they tasted good too! After packaging them nicely and cleaning up the kitchen (Wasnt too messy... just quite a lot to wash) I went to prepare myself for my date with my boyfriend~ (Didnt see him for 4 weeks due to his exams) I gave him the valentines cupcakes after the movies~ We watched Captain America but left when the movie was almost over. All in all i was really glad that I got to see him~

(Another August Day...)

On one fine day... my brother decided to take me for my leaner's (Whoohoo!) We had to first go fetch his friend before we could embark on our journey to the DRIVING SCHOOL~ So so... on the way to fetch his friend... there was... TRAFFIC!

The robot at the front broke down at the HUGE intersection... so instead of making it to my brother's friend's house at 10 we made it there at 10:45. While we were stuck in the car... my brother told me to take a video footage of our progress to his friend's house... lame... but... cool. I did what he told me to do and eyed him wierdly.

"Well... I have to give him a good reason why I was late..." My brother said and shrugged (haha my brother is so cute~)

So we got to the friend's house and drove off to the Driving School. Upon arrival... I must say that the area was... slightly dodgy... no... it was really dodgy... and I was dying to hurry up and get this Learner's thing over and done with! I went to fill in the application (more like my brother did that for me... haha) then I had to go for the eye test which took ages since there was another asian girl there who couldnt speak English.... The assisstant called my brother and told him to translate everything to that girl. She couldnt stop laughing when she had to peek through that binocular machine thing that checks her eyes. The assisstant was fuming and told her (Well... through my brother) to stand at the very back of the line so that the others who could understand english could get their test done and leave.

Whoopee! So it was my turn~ Everything went smoothly and the assisstant smiled at me, "Perfect vision!" (I did a little happy dance inside my mind) I gave her my thanks and good bye then raced off to make a booking (Booking for what? I dont know...) Whoopee! So the learners thing was done!

Next my brother and his friend decided to take me to Bright Waters (This really beautiful place with lots of waters! No duh...). We had Steers and it was my first time this year to eat a BURGER! Oh my gosh... it tasted fantastic! (Sigh... now i want to eat one now...) Oh... i forgot to take a picture of that amazing burger... blame my hunger for making me forget~ After lunch I went walked around the place by myself and this time... I took pictures! *applaud*

Voila! The Merry go Round! (I really wanted to ride on it but... there were only kiddies on it plus my brother and his friend would laugh... so sad *sniff*)

The last shot that I took before being 100% abandoned... haha~ Look at the fluffiness! My brother's friend joked, "Hey... If you really find those ducklings cute I'll catch one for you...---" His words trailed off when I was giving him the puppy eyes, haha~ I would've totally loved one since I love fluffy things!

The day ended splendidly as I got to spend some time with my brother other than being at home stuck on the computer 24/7! If was so good to go out for a breather and getting to know my brother's friend more. He was AWESOME! I hope more days like this will come in the future~

TODAY! (30th August)

I got a hair cut~ It was a D.I.Y~ I was dying to cut my hair so I did it by myself at home. At first... I was hesistant about cutting my OWN hair because I was scared that it might turn out all wrong... but... It actually went well... just... a bit toooo short.... too late... i cant travel back in time to redo everything... *sigh*

(After a few minutes... i got depressed again because of my super short hair... *sniff* but at least it doesnt look too bad... haha~)

... Gosh... I need to get cracking with my English Essay... I want it to be done by tonight... or more like tomorrow... Awesome... I'm not going to go to sleep until I complete my essay! *Fighting Spirit*

Holidays are almost here! In actual fact... it's starting tomorrow! I am looking forward to it already~ I just cant wait~

So as I promised~ I'm posting up pictures in this blog today~ So let's get cracking!

On a Friday (29th July) morning when i was walking across the bridge from another school to mine, I saw this fantastic sunset~

It's such a pity that the striking orange colour couldnt come out on my "camera". Now that I think back, that day was a beautiful chilly day and I was really early for school. School starts at 7:30 but I arrived at 7 on the dot, so there werent much people yet.

I was stressing so much about school because I had an art essay which had to be handed in on the 3rd of August! Science project was due for the 4th of August (Which was today, I completed my work but I'm going to hand it in tomorrow because I couldnt catch the teacher, haha) English project has been extended to next term (thank goodness!) so I better work very hard on it! The project is to do a book review on 3 books with about the same genre. I chose Magic and Sorcery. For my three book choices one of them is Harry Potter (The philosopher's Stone) by J.K Rowling, Magician's Apprentice by Trudi Canavan (I really love her books!) and lastly Graceling by Kirstin Cashore. Okies~ Enough about school~ I shall post more about it next time.

On the 30th of July~ I decided to be creative so I attempted to bake a brownie! (It's actually not that creative... but ordinary, however, unordinary for me as I've never baked a Brownie before!)

I've added the butter, sugar, coacoa powder and a little bit of vanilla essence so far~ (I'm sifting the coacoa powder in this photo here~) So far everything seems to be going well, i mean, how hard can mixing ingredients together be? Not hard? Exactly! So I gave myself 10/10 for the mixing and gathering of ingredients, haha~

Now this is a huge jump! Basically I've added the 55g self raising flour to the batch and as you can see in this photo... the kitchen table is quite a mess! (Thank goodness my mom was over seas haha~ I dont think that she'll cope with seeing the mess that I made...) Okies, so the batter looks good and I've followed the recipe except I added chocolate instead of walnuts in its place (I hate nuts... ok... fine... I've been tolerating them recently... however i was not prepared to eat nuts in my first attempt brownie)

All looks good and now ready to be thrown into the oven~ I couldnt wait for the results and so... to kill time I went and played Final Fantasy Thirteen! Was great fun and I must say that Lightning is so awesome! Final Fantasy games are just so so so cool! After a few minutes of Final Fantasy I smelt the tempting and sweet brownie and went over to the oven eagerly to see how it was doing. I just had to be an idiot and fiddle with the batter and "uncracked" it (It was hard on the top but then i by mistakenly knocked it... so everything kind of shifted...). I mentally kicked myself and closed the oven and went back to my games (Cause it was still liquid form???) An hour of gaming passed and I approached the oven again. It should have been ready by then but... when I took it out it was bubbling like lava?!

So... my first attempt of Brownie making failed miserably... I left the "brownie" and went out shopping nearby to go meet my friend Emily who came back from GZ! We went for lunch and then shopping for clothes! I purchased this very lovely summer/denim dress! My other sister/childhood friend Tiffany and I bought the same styled dress except hers had a different pattern~ I really like this one and it suits my skin colour more~ I'll post a picture of myself when I wear this~ (My friend and I are planning to go to an Amusement park wearing the same dress~)

Overall my Saturday was spent very nicely despite my failure in the Brownie... Later on in the evening I walked over to Tiffany's brother's house for hot pot! (Sadly i didnt take any pictures! Such a pity) The dinner was fantastic with lots of interesting conversations, laughter and smiles! The boys were all so mischievous once they had their first round of hot pot delicacy and the poor chef..., everyone kept bullying him because he's just so bulliable (Is there such a word? Haha~). I had a great time with Tiffany and all the brothers~ We played PS3 and I watched the guys play mahjong! (I never knew that my brother knew how to play!) But in the end... the white guy kept beating all the asians! Haha~ It was so funny! It was all so fun and cheery~ This was one of my best weekends ever! (and more to come!)

On Sunday... i didnt go to Chinese school because I had to stay at home and cleanup the house as my mom was going to arrive back from TWN the next day~ I was so excited and felt so relieved that she was coming back because I dont need to cook anymore for my siblings~ That means more homework time for me~ (I usually start homework at 8pm... which is late). Well... the house wasnt all that messy but I just had to rearrange the table decor and do the laundry~ My younger sister helped me so all was efficient and "clean"

Off to school I went, on a chilly Monday morning. The day went by so slowly and it was like suffocating me because I couldnt wait to see my mom~ Finally the last bell rang for the indication of the end of the day and I speed walked to the parking lot to find my family's car. After 30 minutes I finally saw my mom! I was so happy and couldnt stop saying how much I missed her. I also told her how much I missed my daddy (Who is currently living in TWN) So i arrived home and looked forward to the heart warming food made by my mom but then I stopped dead still on my tracks when I saw my dad sitting on the huge sofa in front of the T.V. I was so happy to see my dad that I started crying. My dad laughed hugged me tightly and we stayed like that for a very long time. (Some back ground information: I havent seen my dad for 7 months and to me my dad is everything. I would do anything for him and I love my daddy with all my heart and soul) So later that night we went out to eat at grillhouse (a steak restaurant) and needless to say my whole family had a fabulous time as we were finally united again~

My dad only stayed with us for one day. He had to depart to Dar es Salaam and I begged my mom not to take me to school the next day (was fine because... it's the last week of school so it's mostly freetime) so I spent my last day with my dad after not seeing him for 7 months. I hated myself when my dad was leaving the house to go to the airport... I just couldnt walk out the door and watch him leave... I stayed behind and started crying... again... I didnt want him to leave so quickly. Life is just unfair, but in unfairness we find things that we're truly grateful for. If I look on the bright side... I will see hime again in 3 weeks time~

So... after the painful separation from my dad (again) I went back to school and I had another huge surprise... I wont the All rounder Library monitor award! (I won it last year as well) So I was given a prize!

So inside the little bag was our school's pencil case thing, a school flexi ruler, school pen, school lip balm and lastly hand cream (Oh so heavenly! brand, it smells fantstic and I love it!) I like these prizes~ They're all very useful and lovely! I love my school! The best school of all~!

Yesterday... I took a snack into Biology lesson to nibble on and that was... MOCHI! I love mochi~ So... I pulled out my Taro mochi and bit into... wait and behold...

Taro?

It was a peanut mochi! Not my favourite Taro mochi! Grr... was the packager getting lazy or tired with sticking the right sticker~? I am going to have to scavenge through the entire mochi box for my Taro one once i get the time...

Closing off this blog now! I have to do some Design homework and that is re-editing my cards which i forgot to save as PDF format! How clumsy and clueless can I get~? I am so not impressed with myself!

For my next blog I am going to blog all the goodies that my mom and my loving daddy bought for me from TWN~~~~

School and home...

Today i've just finished my art life-size drawing, i just basically had to "saturate" the drawing more, and i need to get cracking on my english project (dued for next week ^^''').

My life at the moment isnt that bad... I've been doing a lot of procrastination and desparate dieting... which always ends up in failure as I always eat A LOT once I get back from school... pretty sad TT^TT
Well... there is an improvement... I've been drinking more water than before and eating more veggies and fresh fruits ^^. Now i just need to move my body... like i how used to... TT^TT which was learning dances from Korean MV's. I already know Genie and Huh... and a little bit of some other MV's ^^. Basically... i just need to start moving...

Gosh... i wish my mom can come back from Taiwan as soon as possible (she went back to Taiwan for her dad's, aka my grandfather's, funeral) so that i can have enough time and concentration on my school work ^^. Holidays are going to officially start next next week! I'm looking forward to it because... haha... >///< i will get to see my boyfriend~~ I havent seen him for 4 weeks~ The soonest that i will see him is next week Saturday the 6th of August~ We've been together for 1 month and it's going to be our 2nd month together on the 5th of August ^^

Okies~ now i need to get back to my house chores and eventually homework ^^'''... so much to do so little time... TT^TT

Exams are starting tomorrow and the first subject that I'm writing is Maths Paper 1! I've done all my revision how ever I still feel... a little "incomplete" ...I really need to get studying... haha... i want to do well in school for once...

Well this is my first entry post and sadly it had to be revolved around exams (which is not my thing)... in the future I will be updating a whole lot of fun/interesting thing~
